Any chance of an option in settings to 'Automatically go to a friend's aid when they request assistance'?

If our dragons cannot go to aid a friend if we are already in a balllt, I think it said it cannot be in 2 places at once, then how can we send it out to attack and be attacked at the same time. This doesnt make any sence.....sorry.
