[edit] The Home Screen
The Home Screen is where you will see your basic dragon information.
[edit] Your Dragon Tab
This is the default view that you see when you log on to Pet Dragons. It is separated into 5 sections:
[edit] Dragon Picture
Here you can see the picture you chose for your dragon, whether it was a Stock Image or a Custom Image.
[edit] Information
This box shows your Dragon's basic information. From the top it lists:
- Name
- Category or Custom Title
- Gender
- Age
- Weight Class
- Combat Record
- Best Raid
- Achievements
[edit] Stats
This box shows the exact level of your Weight, Gold and Fighting Skill. It is also where you will come every day to use your Turns to train your dragon. Also, this is where you will come if you wish to put your dragon in its Cave
Training your Dragon
Every day, your dragon gets 20 Turns to use on three different training categories: Hunt for Food (Increase your Dragon's weight and Hunting Skill), Train for Combat (Increase your dragon's Fighting Skill, or Search for Gold (Find Gold and increase your Dragon's Collecting Skill). Use them wisely, because once submitted, there is no taking them back.
[edit] Inventory
This is where you will see what Equipment and Potions your dragon currently owns.
[edit] Combat Status
In this box you will see either the dragon you are currently attacking, or the dragon you are currently assisting. If your Dragon is not doing either of these things, this box will notify you that your Dragon is at home.
[edit] Incoming Attack Tab
This bright red tab will not appear unless your Dragon is under attack. When it does appear, it will tell you the number of dragons currently attacking your Dragon. Click the tab for more information on your attackers, to request help, or to select Equipment and Potions.
[edit] Combat History Tab
Click here to see the history of your last 20 Attacks, your last 20 defenses, and your last 20 Assists. Green indicates a win, Red indicates a loss. The name of the dragon you attacked, defended against, or assisted and the amount of gold you won or lost is also visible here.
[edit] Achievements Tab
Click here to see which Achievements your dragon has received. Also, you can see your progress on a number of different achievements, once they have been unlocked.
[edit] Settings Tab
This is where you can change the basic settings for your dragon. There are 4 sections:
[edit] Information Box
Change your Dragon's name and gender. Also, write your Dragon's history in the About Box.
[edit] Options Box
Set the attack limit for your dragon, choose the default settings for the Help Friends Page, and set your email notification settings here.
[edit] Dragon Picture
Select from one of the Stock Images or choose a Custom Image.
[edit] Let Your Dragon Go
Off to a bad start? Ready to begin again? Come to this box to Reset your Dragon and begin anew.
[edit] Combat
Combat is the essence of Pet Dragons (though Cavers might argue this point). This is where your dragon gets a chance to shine. By sending your Dragon out on a Raid, you can defeat other dragons and steal their gold. You can attack any dragon whose weight is within 75% - 133% of your Dragon's weight (this is known as the Weight Range), unless that dragon is hiding in its Cave.
[edit] Attacking
There are 3 ways to find a target in Pet Dragons:
- Use the Random Dragons page to choose from up to 20 random targets selected by the computer.
- Use the Attack Friends page to initiate combat with any friends who are in your Weight Range.
- Search for targets to find a specific dragon you wish to attack.
[edit] Helping Your Friends
Are your friends under attack? Click on the Help Friends page to find out. If they are, you can choose to assist them from here.
[edit] Using your Cave
Are you going on a vacation? Or maybe you just don't want your dragon to get attacked? Then simply have your dragon hide in its Cave by clicking the Stay Inside button the the Your Dragon tab. Though dragons that attacked you before you put your dragon in it's cave will get to finish their attack, no new attacks may begin once your dragon is hiding. However, on the downside, you will have to have your dragon come out of its cave to use Turns, Attack, or Help Friends.
[edit] Shop
The Dragon Shop is where you will come to purchase, sell, or repair Equipment and Potions. Keep in mind that you can only make transaction at a time, and that your Dragon can only be equipped with one of each item at a given time.
[edit] Elders Circle
Also known as the Leaderboards, the Elders Circle is where you will come to see the best of the best. Each category may be broken down into sub-categories.
[edit] Friends
See the dragons your friends have, sorted by age.
[edit] Wealthiest
See the richest dragons on the Wealthiest Dragons Leaderboard.
[edit] Largest

[edit] Greatest Fighters
